It's always sad when a reviewer only gives half a story. The home went through 2 inspections before the chandlers moved in, including a make ready by our contractor. No roaches were seen or reported. The Chandlers did not report a problem until they had been there 5 months and according to the lease, pest control is the responsibility of the tenant. By the time they left the home was fully infested because they did not follow through on their responsibility as a tenant. They also left 2 doors damaged so badly that they had to be replaced plus other repairs. We wish them well in their new home but would not lease to them again.
